About

The MIR application is used to give quick start in setting up your own institutional repository. Your repository will feature support for the most important standards:

  • MODS as it only metadata format
  • METS for structuring digital content
  • OAI-PMH to share your repository content with others
  • XSL to transform your metadata to different formats
  • Sitemaps protocol
  • GND

In addition to that MIR features also are range of convenient functions, as of:

  • Online editor to insert and alter meta data
  • Supports different type of documents with inheritance support:
